Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Esergon. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Esergon you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Use of service
Esergon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for generating product listings for your e-commerce stores. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service. You are responsible for all content you generate and the accuracy of inputs you provide.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Shopify integration
By connecting your Shopify store you authorise Esergon to create and update products on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time from account settings. Esergon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
5. Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly listing generation limit (Free: 5, Starter: 100, Pro: 500, Agency: 2,000 shared). Limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Unused listings do not roll over to the following month.
6. Team accounts
Agency plan owners are responsible for all activities conducted by their team members. Adding a team member does not increase the shared quota. Team member access may be revoked at any time by the owner.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of listings generated through Esergon. Esergon retains ownership of the software, algorithms, and platform. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs in order to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
Esergon is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues arising from listings published to your Shopify store.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Esergon shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Esergon operates, as applicable.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
